Job summary

Symbotic Mexico is seeking an Operations Trainer to join our Field Learning Center of Excellence within Corporate HR. You will coordinate, deliver, track, and reinforce standardized training for Cell, System, and Maintenance operations in Mexico, ensuring readiness, ramp-up, and strong hands-on execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in technical training, with bilingual Spanish/English proficiency and LMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering structured training programs in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse automation, distribution, or industrial operations.
• Experience training frontline employees in standardized operational procedures, equipment operation, or certification programs.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency required for effective training with local and global stakeholders.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing certification tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, certification and ongoing training for Cell Operations, System Operators and Maintenance staff, ensuring readiness and consistent work execution.
• Own training scheduling, sequencing, completion tracking, certification records, retraining requirements and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with SMEs across Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Quality, HR and Operations to ensure content is delivered consistently and aligned to business needs.
• Maintain a strong on-floor presence, providing real-time coaching, performance reinforcement and skills development support.
• Support localization and translation of training materials ensuring alignment with enterprise learning standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness via completion rates, productivity metrics, quality results and operational performance indicators.
