Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Engineer I Technical Services in Quezon City, Philippines for a hybrid, full-time role. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and diagnose and document issues for efficient resolution.

You will program Copeland Supervisory Controllers, assist in remote commissioning, and help create graphical screens while supporting temperature monitoring products and maintaining the TS lab.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of BPO experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be EE/ME/ECE graduate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing both basic and moderately complex issues.
• Troubleshoot controllers and system applications and document cases for tracking.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (e.g., E2, E3, Site Supervisor) with reference documents.
• Conduct remote commissioning via phone and ensure systems are operational before on-site sign-off.
• Create graphical custom screens and troubleshooting guides for support.
• Support TS laboratory management and contribute to knowledge base articles.
