Job summary

Copeland Cold Chain LP, a global climate technologies company, seeks a motivated intern/entry-level engineer to join our lifecycle services team in the Philippines. You will support setup, configuration, and onboarding of customer sites into Copeland software and analytics platforms.

You will assist with data collection, validation, and system testing, help integrate building and refrigeration systems, and collaborate with global teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or another related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and onboarding of customer sites into Copeland software and analytics platforms.
• Assist with data collection, validation, and system testing to ensure accurate and reliable service delivery.
• Support the integration of building systems, refrigeration systems, operational technologies, and related data sources.
• Participate in troubleshooting connectivity, data quality, and deployment-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Perform configuration, point mapping, device setup, and system updates.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of edge devices, gateways, and supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful solution deployments.
• Support project execution activities to ensure deployments are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
