Job summary

Copeland is hiring a Technical Support specialist in the Philippines to serve customers across the globe. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot controllers and applications, and document cases to ensure effective resolutions.

You will program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (E2, E3, Site Supervisor), conduct remote commissioning, and assist with graphical screens and food service support. Fresh graduates are welcome; night shifts and on-site training are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience preferred.
• Must be EE/ME/ECE graduate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing basic and moderately complex issues and triage.
• Troubleshoot controllers and system applications and document all interactions with detailed cases.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (E2, E3, Site Supervisor) and optimize configurations.
• Perform remote commissioning to ensure systems are operational before on-site sign-off.
• Create graphical custom screens and map instruments for installation on PCs.
• Support knowledge-base creation and contribute to TS Laboratory maintenance and equipment simulators.
