Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Engineer 1 - Technical Service to provide remote expert support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of HVACR control systems. The role emphasizes diagnosing complex issues from a distance and guiding clients with clear, actionable steps.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering and at least 6 months of BPO experience, with a hybrid work setup and a fixed night shift. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely via phone and digital tools.
• Guide clients through installations, configurations, and maintenance of thermostats and energy management systems.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear, actionable guidance during calls and trainings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to help shape products.
• Continuously expand knowledge and provide feedback in a remote-first support setup.
