Job summary

Copeland is seeking a technically skilled individual for a role in the Philippines to support customers via phone, email, and chat. The position involves programming Copeland Supervisory Controllers, remote commissioning, and creating graphical screens to assist installations.

The ideal candidate may have up to 1 year of BPO experience or be a fresh graduate with an EE/ME/ECE degree, and will work on-site with training and a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of BPO experience.
• Must be EE/ME/ECE graduate.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Program Copeland Supervisory Controllers (e.g., E2, E3, Site Supervisor).
• Conduct remote commissioning via phone for start-up sites.
• Create graphical custom screens using standard tools and templates.
• Provide technical support for temperature monitoring products, especially for Food Service applications.
