Job summary

Vertisystem Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT help desk support for employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

This role involves onsite and remote support in a hybrid setup at BGC, handling incident logging via ServiceNow, assisting with network and conference room equipment, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience in corporate environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup at BGC with occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and M365 issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain PCs and IT devices.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and device collection.
• Log and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Assist with network connectivity and video conferencing systems.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Deliver timely, professional support to employees, including senior management.
