Vertisystem (A MOURI Tech Company) in Taguig's BGC area seeks a Service Desk / Technical Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations, providing onsite and remote support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and maintaining IT equipment.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, familiarity with ServiceNow, and good English communication. Hybrid setup with shift flexibility to support Australian hours.

Qualifications

2–4 years of IT support experience.
Experience in corporate/enterprise environments.
Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain computers and other IT devices.
Manage IT assets, including inventory, equipment tracking, and device collection.
Log, monitor, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar tools.
Assist with network connectivity, meeting room equipment, and video conferencing systems.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
Provide timely and professional support to employees, including senior management.
