Job summary

MicroSourcing International is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for workstation issues and to manage Microsoft 365 services. The role requires hands-on Windows support, strong communication, and ITIL-aligned ticket handling in a hybrid work setup based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

The candidate will use tools like ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and PDQ to deploy patches, manage endpoints, and resolve incidents

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Desk or Desktop Support.
• Hands-on support of Windows 10/11 desktops/laptops in remote environments.
• Familiarity with AD (on-premises) and Azure AD user management, including MFA.

Responsibilities

• Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot workstation issues.
• Use remote tools to identify and resolve desktop/laptop problems efficiently.
• Guide end users through troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
