Job summary
Dexcom Philippines is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to deliver high-quality support for Windows and Mac devices, assist with system issues, and provide user-focused guidance. You will work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment, handling tickets, documenting processes, and contributing to IT projects.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years in a service desk role, with strong English communication and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience typically required.
- Experience in a Service Desk/Helpdesk environment preferred.
- Good business communication in English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced and next-level triage and remote assistance for IT issues.
- Solve user problems and deliver targeted instructions to improve user skills and confidence.
- Maintain internal helpdesk system including server maintenance and backups.
- Document issues end-to-end and communicate resolution the same day to users.
- Coordinate project and maintenance notifications and update user instructions.
- Support and back up other IT services as needed.
