Qualifications

• Familiarity with helpdesk processes and ITIL-based incident handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of IT issues.
• Resolve and close incidents/service requests within defined SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved incidents within agreed timescales.
• Log incident details per procedures and keep tickets updated.
• Communicate incident progress to clients.
• Perform hardware and software maintenance and support.
