Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a 1st Line Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support to end-users in a hybrid work setup at Global One, Eastwood City. You will resolve incidents, manage Office 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra, and assist with server issues across Windows and Mac platforms.

The role requires at least 4 years in IT service desk operations, strong communication, and a willingness to work in shifting schedules to support global users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, and Microsoft Entra.
• Experience with server management and basic server troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, along with remote support experience.
