Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Administrator in Ortigas, Pasig for a hybrid night-shift role. You will be the main help desk contact, logging tickets, directing requests to Tier 1–3 engineers, and ensuring timely client updates. Strong English and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, highly fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong client-facing capability speaking with international clients daily.
• Entry-level IT Engineer or technical helpdesk background with basic IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for all incoming help desk calls with professional, client-centric responses.
• Log detailed tickets for voice requests and acknowledge clients within 15 minutes.
• Evaluate and categorize tickets to route to Tier 1–3 engineers based on capacity and skill set.
• Coordinate engineer calendars and monitor on-site travel times; update clients on ETAs.
• Conduct post-service checks to verify resolution and ensure accurate time-tracking across systems.
