MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Support Dispatcher in Ortigas, Pasig. This hybrid role includes a night shift and involves handling inbound help desk calls for international clients, logging tickets, and coordinating engineers to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with professional phone presence.
• Strong client-facing capability and comfort speaking with international clients daily.
• Entry-level IT Engineer or technical helpdesk background acceptable.
• Foundational IT concepts like desktop support and basic networking.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for all incoming help desk calls with professional, client-centric responses.
• Log detailed tickets for voice requests and process Datto tickets, sending acknowledgments within 15 minutes.
• Route tickets to Tier 1, 2, or 3 engineers based on capacity and skill set.
• Coordinate engineer calendars, monitor travel times, and update clients on ETAs.
• Perform post-service checks to verify resolution and accurate time-tracking across systems.
