Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Helpdesk Coordinator in Ortigas, Pasig for a hybrid night-shiftrole. You will be the first contact for incoming help desk calls, log and route tickets, and coordinate engineers’ schedules while ensuring timely client updates and accurate time-tracking.

The role emphasizes professional communication with international clients and strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates have entry-level IT/helpdesk background, foundational networking knowledge, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Senior-level, highly fluent English with professional phone presence.
• Strong client-facing capability speaking with international clients.
• Foundational IT concepts: desktop support, basic networking, ticketing.
• Hyper-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and scheduling.
• Experience in high-volume Service Desk, MSP, or IT dispatching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for all incoming help desk calls with professional, client-centric responses.
• Log detailed tickets for voice requests, process Datto tickets, and send acknowledgments within 15 minutes.
• Evaluate and categorize tickets to route to appropriate Tier engineers based on capacity and skill.
• Coordinate engineer calendars, monitor travel times, and update clients on ETA.
• Conduct post-service check-ins to verify resolution and ensure time-tracking accuracy.
