MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig invites an IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join our hybrid team supporting international clients during the night shift. You will be the first contact, log and categorize tickets, and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, fluent English with professional phone presence.
• Strong client-facing capability speaking with international clients.
• Entry-level IT Engineer or technical helpdesk background.
• Foundational IT concepts: desktop support, basic networking, ticketing systems.
• Hyper-organized and able to manage multi-tasking and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for all incoming help desk phone calls.
• Log detailed tickets for voice requests and process Datto tickets.
• Evaluate and route tickets to Tier 1–3 engineers based on capacity and skill.
• Coordinate engineer calendars and monitor on-site travel times.
• Conduct post-service check-ins to verify resolution and ensure accurate time-tracking.
