Job summary

Qualifications

• High-level spoken and written English (clear, professional communication).
• Experience in customer-facing helpdesk or MSP support is preferred.
• Foundational IT knowledge including desktop support and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for all helpdesk calls and provide professional, client-centric responses.
• Log detailed tickets for voice requests and process tickets to appropriate engineers.
• Acknowledge clients within 15 minutes and route tickets to Tier 1–3 engineers based on capacity and skill set.
