Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first point of contact for incoming help desk calls and provide professional, client-centric responses.
• Log and categorize tickets, process Datto tickets, and send acknowledgments within 15 minutes.
• Coordinate engineer calendars and update clients on ETA and on-site travel times.
• Perform post-service check-ins to verify resolution and ensure accurate time-tracking across support systems.
