Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our IT support team on a hybrid night-shift schedule. You will be the first point of contact for clients, logging tickets and coordinating with engineers to ensure fast, professional resolutions.

Ideal candidates have strong English, a background in IT helpdesk, and superb organization to manage multiple tickets and calendars while delivering excellent customer service to international clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
• Basic IT concepts including desktop support and ticketing systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with international clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound help desk calls, ensuring professional, client-centric responses.
• Log detailed tickets for voice requests and process Datto tickets; acknowledge clients within 15 minutes.
• Evaluate and categorize tickets to route to Tier 1–3 engineers based on capacity and skill.
• Coordinate engineer calendars and update clients on ETA and on-site travel times.
