Job summary

Henkel Philippines offers an internship program designed to expose you to daily IT operations and governance activities. You will assist with incident/request management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, monitor shared mailboxes, and help document improved workflows while supporting ad-hoc reporting and governance tasks.

You will join a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati, work with a cross-functional IT team, and gain practical experience while completing required training hours with

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of any programming language; experience automating tasks and writing reusable scripts preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner of new tech and ITIL understanding
• Excellent English communication; able to work independently and in a team
• Must provide a Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from college/university
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (Ayala Ave, Makati) and complete 500 on-the-job training hours

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations by handling request management using ITSM tools (e.g., CUP, ServiceNow) and coordinating with stakeholders
• Monitor shared mailboxes: sort/categorize emails, prioritize requests per guidelines
• Contribute to process improvements by documenting revised procedures and updating procedures to reflect best practices
• Provide ad‑hoc support for governance and operational activities: preparing basic reports, assisting with special projects, and maintaining governance docs
