Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking a student intern to assist with data extraction, reporting, and process improvements in our Makati office. You will track request status, transfer data to templates, and perform quality checks while sharpening your analytical skills.

The role requires an undergraduate student in business-related fields, proficiency in MS Office, and strong English communication. A hybrid setup and 300 on-the-job training hours are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a related business/administration field.
• Knowledge of MS Office; SAP, Excel Macros and Power BI preferred.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Track request status with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Transfer data from requests to templates; perform quality checks and download reports.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth data transfer processes.
• Gather data to support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and contribute to improvement ideas.
• Participate in desktop procedures and training sessions to improve technical proficiency.
