Job summary

Henkel is offering an internship opportunity in the Philippines, embedded within the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management team. You will support ticket dispatch, update process files, and process SAP HR tickets while collaborating with mentors and HR professionals.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students with HR/business studies, proficient in Microsoft Office, and strong English communication. A hybrid work setup in Makati is available, with mandatory on-the-job training hours.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in college/university with relevant study area.
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support ticket dispatch and assignment for the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management Team.
• Update main process files, templates, and desktop procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Assign emails within the team's mailbox for timely responses.
• Process tickets in SAP HR accurately and promptly.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance workflow.
• Handle multiple administrative tasks to support team operations.
