Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking an undergraduate student to support daily IT operations, manage requests using ITSM tools, and coordinate with stakeholders in a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

You will monitor emails, assist with process improvements, and contribute to governance reporting while developing practical IT skills in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in college/university in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and ability to write reusable scripts for IT operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly; understanding of ITIL is beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Must provide MOA/Endorsement Letter and Medical Certificate from college/university.
• Able to work in a hybrid setup (home + onsite in Ayala Ave, Makati) with 500 on-the-job hours.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations by assisting with request management using ITSM tools, including tracking updates and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, categorize emails, and follow up on pending actions per guidelines.
• Assist with process improvements by documenting revised procedures and updating materials.
• Provide ad-hoc support for governance, reporting, and compliance activities.
