Job summary

Payreto in the Philippines is seeking an IT Intern to gain hands-on exposure to the IT Helpdesk, system reliability, and user support. You will assist with daily operations and learn through real-world tasks in a supportive team environment.

This internship offers exposure to documentation, asset management, and service management tools such as Service Desk Plus, with opportunities for absorption into the company upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT helpdesk support and assist in maintaining system reliability.
• Document IT processes and participate in improvement projects.
• Assist end users with support requests via email, phone or chat.
• Participate in training opportunities to build IT skills.
• Assist IT Helpdesk Associates and Specialists and help with onboarding/offboarding asset management.
• Shadow team members during troubleshooting to learn processes and solutions.
