Job summary

Henkel Philippines invites undergraduates to join as an HR Intern in Makati. You will support HR Learning activities using LMS (CSOD, Sales Readiness, CrossKnowledge), Ariba, and Outlook, and serve as first-level support for the Henkel Learning Hub.

You will help generate reports on training history and attendance, manage learning events, upload courses, and maintain course catalogs. Strong English, MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup for 600 hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in college/university studies related to business, HR, or management.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong time management and teamwork, with data-driven decision support.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to sign MOA/endorsement letter and medical certificate from college.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for HR Learning activities using LMS and tools (CSOD, Sales Readiness, CrossKnowledge, Ariba, Outlook).
• Serve as first-level support for the Henkel Learning Hub and assist users with inquiries.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc training reports and metrics.
• Maintain learning events, sessions, and course records in LMS platforms with data accuracy.
• Upload courses, learning materials, and videos; maintain campus catalogs and learning portals.
• Update learning process documentation and coordinate logistics for sessions and evaluations.
