Job summary

CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO) in Metro Manila seeks a Field Support Technician to be the frontline of IT operations. You will deliver Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and AV/VC systems, and ensure connectivity and security across the workspace.

Responsibilities include incident handling, device provisioning, server-room upkeep, and collaboration with Level 3 teams. Strong English communication is essential, as is a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Windows and MS365.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Troubleshooting Zoom and Teams.
• Knowledge of server room and structured cabling.
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, efficient IT support for desktops, laptops, AV/VC systems, and network connectivity.
• Manage incident and request tickets and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform system installations, configurations, and maintenance; reimage laptops and manage peripherals.
• Provide support for mobile devices and cloud printing; manage cabling.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights per security policies.
• Support procurement, inventory management, and disposal of IT hardware.
• Maintain records of incidents and solutions; collaborate with Level 3 and create user guides.
• Stay current on tech trends and propose improvements to IT infra.
