Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for specific software applications and simple hardware issues.
• Create new users and update user security access.
• Review servers and users to ensure systems are operational.
• Inform management of general operational problems.
• Assist with system maintenance on the network.
• Ensure software literature is up to date.
