Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Application Support professional to solve issues across business units, combining IT and business know-how. You will provide day-to-day support for core and mobile applications, monitor performance, and follow escalation processes to ensure service reliability.

The role requires 2–3 years in application support, familiarity with JIRA and monitoring tools like Splunk/Azure, and intermediate SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Application Support or similar role.
• Familiar with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA) and monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Azure).
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills in verbal and written form.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for core apps, mobile apps, and integrated systems.
• Monitor performance, ensure availability and reliability.
• Follow escalation procedures during outages or critical incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutions and improvements.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations and respond to high-priority requests.
