Job summary

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Manage and fix application support tickets submitted through the Service Desk.
• Technical Setup: Install application software on user devices and resolve related technical glitches.
• Bridge Communication: Act as the primary link between business users, developers, and external vendors.
• Documentation: Create user guides and manuals for applications and system updates.
• Application Expertise: Master the business applications in use to provide informed support and performance troubleshooting.
• Testing & Deployment: Collaborate with business units to test and launch new software features or upgrades.
• Strategic Input: Provide feedback and participate in discussions regarding new application functionality.
