Qualifications

• JD degree or completion of at least the second year of a JD program.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate law, in-house or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, problem‑solving and judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review routine legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, by-laws, board minutes).
• Support corporate governance tasks and regulatory filings.
• Prepare robust first drafts for less routine documents.
• Conduct legal research across investments, funds, employment, IP, contracts, governance.
• Provide admin support and maintain organized legal files.
• Improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage legal transactions and projects with deadlines and follow-ups.
• Support deal documentation, fund subscriptions and intragroup agreements.
• Maintain compliant records and protect confidential information.
• Deliver high‑quality work and develop legal and professional expertise.
