Job summary

Sodali & Co is seeking an experienced Paralegal in Manila to support the global Legal and Compliance team. The role covers contract review, drafting and administration, corporate secretarial matters, and governance support across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in corporate/commercial paralegal roles, with experience in US-based firms, and strong document management skills. Hybrid work with three days in-office is offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of paralegal experience in corporate/commercial matters.
• Experience supporting US-based companies or law firms is required.
• Ability to review and draft complex legal documents with attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and track commercial contracts including client agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Support procedures for contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain corporate books and records for the Company and its global subsidiaries.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across regions and time zones during transactions.
• Assist in developing and updating playbooks, templates, and standard corporate documentation.
