The role partners with regional and global leaders to enable business objectives while upholding high ethical standards and enterprise risk management. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized university.
• Admission to the Philippine Bar and in good standing.
• Advanced legal education, such as an LL.M., is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely and practical legal advice to senior management and governance committees on corporate governance, contracts, employment and data privacy.
• Develop and implement legal strategies that support business priorities and growth.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents to protect company interests.
• Identify and manage legal risk, including disputes, investigations and remediation actions.
• Engage external counsel and manage scope, performance and cost.
