Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements (PSE, SEC, DOE).
• Oversee and provide legal advice to corporate and commercial transactions and special projects of the company (Project Finance, IPO, Mergers and Acquisitions).
• Prepare the framework contracts with the partners, the study‑specific contracts with sponsors, and with service providers.
• Maintain the legal documents of the company (Statutes, Rules of Internal Procedure) and prepare amendments whenever relevant.
• Prepare the framework for purchase policies and the call for tenders.

Qualifications

• Must be a BAR Exam passer.
• With at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Counsel/ In-house Lawyer.
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexible, analytical, has keen attention to details, and trustworthy.
• Must be willing to report onsite in Makati City.
