KMC Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business goals with people strategies across client units. You will counsel management, drive employee relations, and partner with leadership to implement HR programs that support growth and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

In this role you’ll work in a hybrid setup, engage with client stakeholders, and lead data-driven initiatives to improve performance, retention, and workforce experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in psychology, industrial psychology, organizational development or HR.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in HR generalist roles and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Establish and develop strategic relationships with client stakeholders and HR partners.
• Use data-driven studies to support business needs and HR solutions.
• Drive HR programs aligned with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Implement discipline processes and exit procedures per policy.
• Conduct onboarding, client orientation, and HR-related consultations.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
