CEVA Logistics is seeking an HR Operations Partner Professional in the Philippines to deliver efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle. The role covers onboarding, data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in HR Operations or related fields, with strong HRIS and Excel skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Excel applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Management: onboardings, transfers, promotions, offboarding, documentation, and records.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: payroll inputs, benefits administration, vendor coordination, timely processing of government-mandated benefits.
• Compliance & Employee Records: ensure labor law compliance, maintain confidentiality, support audits.
• Employee Services & HRIS Management: monitor data changes, support HRIS implementations and testing.
• Employee Services & HR Support: first point of contact for HR inquiries, guide on policies and programs, support engagement.
