Job summary

AS White Global in Manila is seeking a Data, Analytics & Reporting Specialist to design and optimise workforce data, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive strategic, data-informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle.

You will build Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), dashboards, and calculated fields, delivering insights on headcount and remuneration to support workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Data Analytics, IT or related field.
• Advanced reporting capability in Workday (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and ability to create dashboards.
• Experience translating HR/data needs into scalable reports and metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL, APIs, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), dashboards, calculated fields, and Discovery Boards across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and remuneration data to provide actionable insights for leadership and workforce planning.
• Support Workday releases, data integrations, automation, and emerging tech including AI/predictive analytics.
• Translate business needs into practical reporting solutions and advise leaders on data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Tech to ensure reporting alignment and promote self-service analytics.
• Coach stakeholders to improve data literacy and Workday reporting capabilities.
• Establish reporting standards, data dictionaries, and governance for accuracy and security.
