Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a skilled Workday specialist/consultant to join our team. You will lead Workday implementation and configuration across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Learning, while delivering customised reports and dashboards to meet HR analytics needs.

Qualifications

• Certification in Workday HCM or other Workday modules is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or similar role with hands-on implementation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Engagement and Learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday implementation and configuration across modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Engagement, Learning).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into customised Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytics within Workday.
• Conduct unit, integration and UAT testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provide ongoing support/maintenance of Workday applications and perform updates.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on Workday functionality.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors/partners as needed for projects.
• Document processes and configurations for future reference.
• Provide daily support for Workday processes and HR-related configurations.
• Work with P&C to troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.
• Build Workday dashboards; leverage Excel/Power BI for deeper insights.
