Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our Shared Services organization in Manila. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates, aligning people strategies with business objectives while ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws.

In this hybrid role, you’ll lead employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture and an engaging employee experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in Shared Services, GBS, or multinational organizations.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Strong experience in employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple levels.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with leaders to align talent and org strategies with business objectives.
• Employee and labor relations leadership including investigations, discipline actions, and policy interpretation.
• Lead and develop leadership engagement, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes and coaching for goal setting and development.
• Partner with Talent Management and L&D to identify capability gaps and develop solutions.
• Promote culture, engagement, and an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage data for decision making.
