Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Health & Benefits Analyst to support employee benefits programs and renewal/placement activities for large and mid-sized clients.

You will coordinate with clients, internal teams and benefits vendors, review and validate health data, and assist with renewals, reports and client requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of Health & Benefits experience, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Health & Benefits, Health Insurance, Benefits Consulting, Insurance Underwriting, or related fields
• Strong English communication and client service skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Support pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and benefits/insurance vendors
• Review and validate Health & Benefits data
• Assist with renewals, reports, presentations, and client requirements
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
