Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in reporting, analytics, BI, workforce HR, or recruitment reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex data insights to stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of recurring client reporting per SLAs.
• Serve as a primary reporting and analytics resource for accounts.
• Manage ad hoc reporting requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and improve dashboards, templates, and data visualizations.
• Develop billing templates and support monthly billing reconciliation.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with client services to improve reporting efficiency.
• Engage stakeholders to understand evolving reporting needs.
• Support governance, data quality initiatives, and best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support less experienced analysts.
