Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any related course.
• Native-level fluency in English and Tagalog (written and verbal).
• Proven background in a customer-facing role such as Hospitality, Sales, VA, or Reservations.
• Comfortable navigating CRMs, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• A self-starter who is disciplined with shifts and capable of meeting project deadlines.
• A professional and confident demeanor suitable for a high-end resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Lead the end-to-end booking process using our CRM and reservation tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to meet all guest needs.
• Address and resolve guest concerns while upholding hospitality standards.
• Maintain accurate project records using Microsoft Office tools.
