You will manage paid search and paid social campaigns, website performance, and CRO, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success for revenue impact.

The role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing and requires top-performing, English-proficient professionals ready to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing with paid channels.
• Experience managing PPC and LinkedIn campaigns across varied budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GTM, GA4, WordPress, SEMRush, HubSpot.
• Experience with CRO and A/B or multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
• Oversee LinkedIn paid social strategy and optimization.
• Monitor KPI performance and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Create ad copy and briefs with designers.
• Use AI tools to streamline campaigns.
• Collaborate on account-based marketing to drive revenue.
• Monitor spend and ROI against budgets.
• Own WordPress website management and CRO initiatives.
• Plan and execute CRO tests on landing pages.
• SEO optimization and site performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reporting.
