Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Specialist to drive cost-effective digital campaigns across Google and Meta, optimizing for customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will collaborate with product, analytics, UX, and creative teams to craft high-performing campaigns that engage users at various lifecycle stages.

You will manage paid and organic channels, monitor KPI performance with tools like Google Analytics and Firebase, and continuously test landing pages

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing in paid and organic capacity.
Experience running performance-focused campaigns on Google, Meta, Email, CRM, etc.
Ability to generate comprehensive reports from analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance-driven campaigns aligned with customer lifecycle.
Manage Google campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, UAC.
Plan Meta campaigns on Facebook/Instagram to drive acquisition and engagement.
Continuously monitor campaigns and optimize with data tools for ROI.
Improve CRO via landing pages and funnels in collaboration with UX/design.
Control budgets to maximize customer acquisition at low cost.
Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams for seamless journeys.
Provide actionable performance reports and insights.
