Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation across creatives and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, quality-check, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Monitor daily spend and budget pacing, flagging underspending/overspending and delivery issues.
• Analyze the complete acquisition funnel including ROAS, CAC, and retention data where available.
• Evaluate performance by channel, campaign, ad set, audience, placement, and landing page.
• Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing-page approaches.
• Maintain clear testing records covering hypothesis, variables, duration, results, and next actions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance briefs and new concepts informed by results.
• Prepare regular performance reports explaining drivers, risks, and recommended actions.
• Maintain campaign naming conventions and tracking parameters for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with analytics, product, operations, and finance to investigate data issues.
• Perform competitor, audience, platform, and market research using publicly available information.
• Stay updated on advertising platform changes and emerging tools.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with laws, platform policies, and internal requirements.
• Escalate account risks, compliance concerns, and budget issues as needed.
