Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Excel, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
High-energy, growth-oriented communicator with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Generate qualified B2B leads for IT, cloud, cybersecurity and software solutions.
Manage campaign budgets, keywords, audiences, bidding and remarketing.
Optimize advertisements, landing pages and lead forms through A/B testing.
Track leads and coordinate with sales via CRM.
Monitor CPL, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS and campaign-generated revenue.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives.
