The Apex Group is seeking a Senior Analyst – Transfer Agency (Dealing) based in Manila, Philippines. The role covers TA dealing operations, AML/KYC support, reporting, and process improvements within a global delivery model.

Working hours are 6am‑3pm PHT with 4 days in the office and 1 day of WFH, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities include transaction processing, documentation accuracy, and governance adherence, in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate and timely processing of investor transactions.
• Maintain audit trails and complete documentation; adhere to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures; support process improvements.
