Job summary

Apex Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Transfer Agency Dealing team. You will process TA transactions, maintain audit trails, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers collaboration with global colleagues and opportunities to streamline processes, supporting a large, multinational fund administration organization.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant TA operations experience.
• Experience in handling transactions, documentation, and operational processes.
• Understanding of TA workflows and interaction with related functions.

Responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all transaction processing.
• Maintain investor and client documentation with complete audit trail.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures.
• Support business initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as needed.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a global team.
• Identify process gaps and support resolution and improvement actions.
• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Handle routine and moderately complex transaction-related queries.
• Contribute to preparation and maintenance of SOPs and process documentation.
• Follow established process controls and governance standards.
• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
