Apex Group in Manila, Philippines, invites a capable Analyst to join Transfer Agency (Dealing). You will handle day‑to‑day TA dealing tasks, ensure accurate processing, and maintain solid documentation. The role supports continuous improvement in a global setting with hybrid work arrangements.

Working hours: 6am-3pm PHT (4 days in the office/ 1-day WFH)
The Transfer Agency function supports global fund management clients across the full investor lifecycle, including transaction processing, reporting, AML/KYC, registration, and payments.
This role is responsible for executing day‑to‑day TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate transaction processing, adherence to service levels, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also supports team delivery and continuous improvement within a global operating environment.
