Job summary

IWG Plc is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support our global talent pipeline from the Philippines. You will promote opportunities on job boards, source candidates across geographies, and assist hiring managers with screening resumes and interviews.

Work with HR Field Services to onboard new joiners in the HRIS, ensuring accurate data and smooth provisioning. The role requires strong business English, excellent communication, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Professional recruitment experience of at least 2 years, ideally in a multinational company.
• Sourcing and interviewing experience, preferably in high-volume or shared services.
• Experience recruiting for US, Canada, or Latin America is a plus.
• Exposure to HRIS is an advantage.
• Clear KPIs and data-driven mindset.
• Efficient in a fast-growing, matrix environment.
• Strong communication in business English and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote career opportunities on multiple job boards to attract candidates.
• Proactively source quality candidates across geographies based on market need.
• Support hiring managers with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Contact candidates to set expectations and next steps in the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR Field Services to onboard new joiners into HRIS.
