Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in sales support, account/order management, or supply chain.
• Experience with international clients and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts in CRM/ERP systems.
• Manage order processing from PO receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Verify PO information and inventory alignment for timely sales recognition and invoicing.
• Prepare basic reports and assist with customer presentations.
